The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for "CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF DRAINS OF AIRFIELD AT INS BAAZ, REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF WINDSOCK POLES, SINKERS, INSTALLATIONS, DISPERSAL, REPAIRS TO FLOOR, JOINERY, ROOF OF TECH BLDGS AND MISC REPAIRS AT INS BAAZ, CAMPBELL BAY UNDER GE(I) CAMPBELL BAY" at Campbell Bay, Great Nicobar. This is an item rate contract with an estimated value of ₹38,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 08-Mar-2025 01:15 PM until 29-Mar-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 22-Mar-2025 09:00 AM and 29-Mar-2025 06:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹76,000, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY at Campbell Bay, with EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption allowed. The tender fee of ₹500 is payable to GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY at Campbell Bay via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. Bid opening is scheduled for 31-Mar-2025 09:00 AM at the office of GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY. Interested bidders should carefully review the NIT Document and Work Item Documents, and ensure all required documents, including scanned copies of application letter, cost of tender DD/BC, enlistment letter (if applicable), GST & EPF registration, affidavit for no dues/blacklisting, and Schedule A BOQ, are submitted as per the instructions provided. The period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
