This project specifically includes covering openings in Kitchen Utility Balconies with uPVC windows in Residential Buildings, encompassing Type-II (40 Nos), Type-III (20 Nos) Quarters across Block No 1 & 2, three blocks of Type-V (24 Nos Quarters in each block), one block of Type-IV (24 Nos Quarters), and 8 Nos of Type-VI Quarters at IISER Tirupati. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 86,95,306, and the time allowed for completion is 3 months.
