The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Vizag Central Division, invites tenders (Tender ID: 98592, NIT/RFP NO: 52/2024-25/EE/Visakhapatnam) for the construction of an auditorium and research center for the National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR) at Dolphin Nose, Visakhapatnam. This ₹13,82,19,784 (Thirteen Crore Eighty Two Lakh Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Four Rupees) project encompasses extensive civil works, including internal and external water supply, sanitation, drainage, roads, stormwater drains, electrical installations (IEI Fans and LT Panels), a comprehensive fire safety system (wet riser, sprinklers, fire alarm), two 16-passenger lifts, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, LAN networking, AV systems, and stage lighting. The tender is open, with a bid submission deadline of January 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Executive Engineer, CPWD office. Mandatory documents include EMD, enlistment order, GST registration/undertaking, EMD receipt, site inspection declaration (Form K), structural stability undertaking (Form F), and a certificate proving training completion.
