The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a permanent campus for IIT, Tirupati at Merlapaka Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor Dist., A.P Phase-I (Stage-I), specifically for providing services of computer operators, office subordinates, and a car (registered taxi) with a validly licensed driver for the Electrical Division, IIT Project, Tirupati. This manpower supply project, under NIT/RFP NO 01/EE&SM(E)/TP-1/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 10,80,830. The tender documents are available for download from April 2nd, 2025, until April 9th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with the bid submission deadline also set for April 9th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on April 9th, 2025, at 3:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 21,617, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favour of Executive Engineer & Senior Maganer (C), TPD-I, C.P.W.D, Tirupati, is required. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents including a Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee for EMD, CPWD Enlistment Order, receipt of EMD deposition, ESIC EPFO Certificate, ERP Training Certificate, and GST registration certificate, along with a PAN Card.
