The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations RPO, Secunderabad for 2024-25," including the operation and maintenance of IEI fans, street lights, a 11 KV Substation, Fire Alarm System, Pump Sets, DG set, and AMC for various AC units, including operation of Air Conditioners. This composite tender, referenced as 109/EE(E)-II-Hyd/2024-25, also encompasses providing Access Control and an Audio System in the Conference Hall, and the supply of energy-efficient LEDs, MCBs, and Air Coolers. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 10,06,604. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 3:00 PM on March 20, 2025. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 20,132 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (E), HCED-I, CPWD, Hyderabad. Key eligibility and mandatory documents include the EMD deposition receipt, contractor enlistment order, ERP Training Certificate, GST registration certificate/undertaking, and Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order/Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee against EMD.
