The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 31,03,72,478 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 41,03,725 payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, VISAKHAPATNAM CENTRAL DIVISION, CPWD, VISAKHAPATNAM.
