The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), EE-Vizag Central Division, Visakhapatnam, invites tenders for the construction of a four-court building (S+5 floors) in Bobbili, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh. This ₹31,03,72,478 (Thirty-One Crore Three Lakh Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Eight Rupees) project, tender ID 101713 (NIT/RFP NO: 62/2024-25/EE/Visakhkapatnam), encompasses complete construction including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, electrical works, a UPS system, fire-fighting systems, four 13-passenger lifts, HVAC, underground sump, internal roads, stormwater drains, a septic tank, street lighting, pump sets, a substation, and a DG set.
