Work Description - Sealed Tenders Are Invited On As Is Where Is Basis From The Registered Ewaste Recyclers Dismantler With Central Pollution Control Board Or State Pollution Control Board For Disposal Of Obsolete Items Listed In Annexure

The Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) invites sealed tenders for the disposal of unused obsolete hardware IT items located in Yanam, on an "As is where is" basis. This is a limited tender, reference number NIC/PYUTC/2025-Tender/04_02. Only Registered E-waste Recyclers/Dismantlers with valid Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) or State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) registration, valid at least until the tender opening date, are eligible to apply. The tender document, including annexures detailing the obsolete items, can be downloaded from April 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM until May 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between April 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM and May 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹500 is required, payable to DDO, NIC, Chennai, and must be included in Cover 1. Cover 2 should contain the prequalification/technical bid, and Cover 3 the financial bid, as per the tender document's general terms and conditions. The bid opening date is scheduled for May 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at NIC Puducherry. The bid validity period is 270 days, and the work must be completed within 15 days.
