The Ministry of Railways, South Central Railway, is seeking bids for the supply of Aluminium Alloy Wall Support Extension Ladders. The ladders must be 24 feet in height when closed and extendable to 45 feet, constructed from high-tensile aluminium alloy C section (66 x 32 x 3.16 mm thickness) of Hindalco make. The ladder must incorporate safety features including non-slip aluminium alloy corrugated fluttered pipe, riveted separators at 305 mm intervals, extendable locking rubber shoes, safety top hooks, safety hand rails, and additional MS guide pipe for stability.
