The Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPA), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of its existing EQ-10 Berth. This open tender, referenced IMEE/EQ 10/EOI/24-25/ Dt.18.02.2025, seeks a private operator to manage cargo handling operations (all liquid cargoes excluding POL), encompassing marketing, administration, and management, under an O&M model for a period of 5 to 10 years.
