The Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), through the SE PWD R&B Circle Kokrajhar, invites open tenders for the construction of three road projects in Chirang (Tender ID: 2025_BoTC_42086_1; Tender Reference Number: TECH-28/SE-RB/2019-20/95). These projects encompass the improvement of North Digholdong to Minaram Charial road under Ouguri VCDC; the Palasguri ICBP Road via Subash House (approx. 0.5 km) under Ouguri VCDC; and the Dontak road from Dadgiri to Dokhin Bongaon, connecting No-3 Sonapur, No-2 Mwinaguri, and No-1 Kakra. The total estimated project cost is ₹1,34,94,175, with a tender fee of ₹4,100 and an EMD of ₹2,69,884 (2% of the tender value). EMD through Bank Guarantee/Security Deposit or EMD exemption is allowed. The tender documents are available for download from January 14th, 2025, 11:00 AM to February 3rd, 2025, 1:00 PM. Bid submission starts on January 14th, 2025, 11:00 AM and closes on February 3rd, 2025, 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on February 4th, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the SE PWD R&B Circle Kokrajhar office.
