Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) invites global tenders (Tender ID: 2024_NRL_821611_1, Tender Reference Number: OC08000104/SSB) for the selection of a bidder to install a Green Hydrogen Generation Unit (GHGU) on a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis, supplying green hydrogen to the Numaligarh refinery.
