The Assam State Development Corporation for SC Ltd (ASDC), on behalf of the Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes, invites open tenders for the renovation and upgradation of the administrative building, new academic building, and girls' hostel at Silchar Polytechnic, Meherpur in Cachar District.
