This Would Form A Close Loop Around These Critical Zones, Providing Comprehensive Firewater Coverage. Improved Pipeline Coverage In These Areas Will Significantly Aid In Controlling Potential Emergencies More Effectively, Addressing The Current Limitations In Fire Protection Around The Exchange And Sludge Pit. This Proposal Aligns With Observation From The Oisd Audit Conducted From 27th To 30th August 2024, Clause No. 18.24, Which Noted That Both The Exchange Pits Are Not Covered With Minimum Two Sides For Firefighting. Also, Sufficient Firefighting Coverage For Tank No. 14 From Minimum Two Sides Is Not Available. Therefore, Another Double Hydrant And Wcfm Need To Be Added To One Side Of The Tank.
