The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), EE Digha Project, Patna, invites tenders (NIT No. 07/NIT/EE/GPOA/CPWD/2024-25) for consultancy services related to infrastructure development at the Frontier Hqrs. SSB in Rajiv Nagar, Patna, Bihar. This Phase-I project encompasses the design and drawing preparation (including IIT/NIT proof checking and bar bending schedules) for various structures: eight single-officer messes (stilt plus 12 floors), 45 Type-II and 20 Type-III accommodations (stilt plus 11 floors), a guard room, boundary wall development, specialized electromechanical works, and an electrical substation building. The tender includes internal and external, sewage, rainwater harvesting, and PHE drawings, along with securing necessary local body approvals. The estimated cost is ₹28,38,300, with an EMD of ₹56,766 (DD, FDR, BC, or BG payable to the Executive Engineer, Digha Project, CPWD, Patna).
