The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through CWE Chandimandir, invites open tenders for the work of "CWE/CHD-117/2024-25 REPAIR TO CHAJJAS/ COLOUMNS/ BEAMS AND FACIAS TO MD AND OTM ACCN AT N AREA, K AREA, HALLOMAJRA AND SF ACCN SECTOR 28/ 29D HALLOMAJRA UNDER GE CHANDIGARH." This civil works project, valued at ₹50,06,000, is to be completed within a period of 180 days at GE Chandigarh. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from April 4, 2025, at 05:30 PM, with the deadline for download and bid submission set for April 30, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,090 and a tender fee of ₹1,000, both payable to GE Chandigarh offline through Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or FDR, are mandatory. The bid opening is scheduled for May 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM at HQ CWE Chandimandir. This is a two-cover system tender. Technical documents required in Cover 1 include enlistment letter in MES, application letter, GST registration, tender cost DD, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria, applicable documents for un-enlisted contractors, EMD for un-enlisted contractors, and details of work in hand for contractors of one class below. Cover 2 should contain the BOQ in .xls format. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days.
