This ₹22,40,48,547 (Twenty Two Crore Forty Lakh Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Seven Rupees) project encompasses extensive civil works, including internal partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and external development (roads, boundary walls, etc.). It also includes comprehensive MEP works (firefighting, HVAC, access control, solar systems, etc.), landscaping, and horticulture for multiple buildings.
