Work Description - As Per Tender Document

The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is inviting bids for the provision of services to facilitate APEDA and the Export Inspection Council (EIC) in handling Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) and Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) notifications from WTO member countries on Agricultural Products. This Open Tender, with a tender reference number APEDA-SSTB/4/2024-WTO, requires firms or agencies, preferably law firms, to provide expertise in navigating the complexities of international trade regulations related to SPS and TBT.
