The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Operation and maintenance of sub-station equipment i/c DG sets, MOEI and fans, Fire Fighting equipment, UPS system at INCP, South Block, New Delhi. (SH: Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of CCTV, Access Control System and fire alarm system.)" This electrical works project, valued at approximately ₹19,86,660, with a time allowed of 12 months, is open to NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS. Tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Mar-2025 to 24-Mar-2025, and bids must be submitted by 05:00 PM on 24-Mar-2025. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹39,733 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), DED-101, CPWD, New Delhi. Key mandatory documents include an Insurance Surety Bond, EMD receipt, work experience certificates, financial turnover and profit/loss certificates from a CA, a Banker's Certificate or Networth Certificate, GST registration certificate, firm contact details, undertaking as per Annexure-A, and an ERP Training Certificate (mandatory for non-enlisted contractors to obtain within two months of Intent letter).
