The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the ARMO (Annual Repair & Maintenance Operation) of Electrical Installations including Substation, DG Set, water supply pump, STP, Lifts, ACS plant, WTAC/STAC units, and fire fighting system at the NFSU complex, sector-3 & 5, Rohini, Delhi, during the year 2024-25. This includes comprehensive maintenance of inverter and non-inverter type Split/Window/Cassette/Ductable Type Air Conditioners. The estimated cost of the work is ₹9,61,632 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹19,233 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE(E), ECD-III, CPWD, New Delhi.
