The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the renovation work (Civil and Elect.) of staff quarters (type-IV and V) at NPL Colony under the CSPS -WS 2024-27 Project. This work encompasses vitrified floor tile and wall tile installation, door and window replacement with aluminum including mosquito mesh, provision of overhead and under-counter platforms with granite in kitchens, wooden shutter installation in almirahs, sanitary fittings replacement, painting, and related electrical work. The estimated tender value is ₹2,16,87,726 with a work period of 365 days.
