Work Description - Repair Maintenance Of External Pipe Lines At &#x0d Wac Smq Sp Area And Repair Maintenance Of Fire &#x0d Fightening Equipments In The Area Of Hq Wac &#x0d Under Ge Af Subroto Park

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, specifically GE (AF) Subroto Park, invites open tenders for the repair and maintenance of external pipe lines at WAC SMQ SP Area and the repair and maintenance of fire fighting equipment within the HQ WAC area under GE AF Subroto Park. This is an Item Rate contract with a total tender value estimated at ₹50,00,000. Interested parties must submit bids in two covers, with the first containing a scanned copy of the DD along with application on letter head, scanned copy of renewal enlistment letter, for unenlisted firms documents meeting enlistment criteria as per NIT in MES, registration letter scanned copy of GST, other documents for eligibility, scanned copy of EPF code letter and scanned copy of residual work load on letter head, and the second containing the BOQ. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Subroto Park at Delhi Cantt via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Subroto Park at Delhi Cantt. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 6:00 PM on April 11, 2025. The bid opening is scheduled for 10:00 AM on April 14, 2025, at GE (AF) Subroto Park. The project has a work completion period of 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
