Work Description - Development, Operation And Maintenance Of Wayside Amenities On Lease Basis In The State Of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh (15 Dbot Sites)

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites open tenders for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities on a Lease Basis across multiple states: Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, encompassing 15 DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer) sites. This is a Works tender with reference number NHLML/WSA/DBOT/SW/15 Sites/2025. Interested bidders must download the tender documents between February 26, 2025, and April 24, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Bid submission commences on February 26, 2025, and concludes on April 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 25, 2025, at 3:30 PM at NHLML HQ. Permissible modes of payment include Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, R-T-G-S, Insurance Surety Bond and others. This project has an estimated period of work of 5475 days with bid validity of 180 days.
