The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites open tenders for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities on a Lease Basis across 15 DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) sites in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. This works contract, referenced as NHLML/WSA/DBOT/SW/15 Sites/2025, requires bidders to submit both technical and financial proposals in a two-cover system.
