The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is inviting bids for the selection of a System Integrator to implement and provide OnM services for the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) System at Toll Plazas on National Highways. This Limited Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to secure a competent partner for a crucial project aimed at enhancing efficiency and modernizing toll operations along the national highway network. The project involves the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the ETC system, ensuring seamless and reliable toll collection processes. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals by September 24, 2024, 03:00 PM. The tender requires a fixed EMD amount of ₹13,00,000 payable to IHMCL, and carries no tender fee. The selected System Integrator will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work, including the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance of the ETC system.
