The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a Central Govt. Ministry/Department, invites tenders for the grant of sub-lease hold rights for commercial development, operation, and maintenance of vertical space at the East side Surat Railway Station area. This open tender (SITCO/HQ/Surat MMTH/2025/LP/CD/01) concerns approximately 67,020 sqm of total built-up area (including 9,570 sqm existing BUA, 28,645 sqm airspace BUA, and permissible BUA of 28,805 sqm) on a 2,765 sqm plot within the MLCP. The lease period is 60 years. The tender fee is ₹59,000, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹10,000,000. Documents are available for download from February 24th, 2025, 6:00 PM to April 7th, 2025, 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between February 24th, 2025, 6:01 PM and April 7th, 2025, 3:00 PM, with opening scheduled for April 11th, 2025, 3:30 PM. All submissions should be addressed to the authority as per the NIT and sent to the New Delhi office.
