Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) invites bids for the selection of a partner to provide an LTE (Long Term Evolution) based MTRC (Mobile Train Radio Communication) system for the new Delhi (NDLS) - Mumbai (MMCT) route (including the Ahmedabad-Vadodara section) of Indian Railways.
