Work Description - Supply And Installation Of Nir Spectrometer With Accessories

The CEO, IoE, University of Delhi invites sealed bids for the open tender (IoE/2025/Bot/NIRS/01) for the Supply and Installation of a NIR Spectrometer with accessories. Tender documents (Tendernotice_1.pdf and work_894661.zip) are available for download from February 27th, 2025, 5:00 PM to March 20th, 2025, 2:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹1,000 (refundable if tender is not accepted) and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹200,000 (payment acceptable via Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or EMD exemption allowed) are required. Bid submission begins February 27th, 2025, 5:00 PM and closes March 20th, 2025, 2:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on March 21st, 2025, 2:00 PM at USIC, University of Delhi. Two covers are required, one for technical and pre-qualification documents, the other for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). A pre-bid meeting will be held at USIC, University of Delhi on March 3rd, 2025 at 3:00 PM. The work is expected to be completed within 150 days.
