The Mormugao Port Trust, a Central Government entity, is inviting open tenders for the ten-year hire of a harbor tug. The selected tugboat must be equipped with either a cycloidal or steerable rudder propulsion system, including an azimuth stern drive or SRP (Scottle), and have a bollard pull of 50 tons or more at 100% MCR. Interested parties can download tender documents from July 12, 2024, until September 23, 2024, with bid submissions accepted from August 29, 2024. The bid opening is scheduled for September 24, 2024.
