The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (E), Gandhinagar-I, invites tenders (NIT/RFP NO: 107/EE(E)/GCED/2024-25, Tender ID: 99166) for comprehensive annual repair and maintenance (ARMO) of various building systems. This includes internal EI fans, pump sets, lifts, substation equipment, fire-fighting and sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, CCTV, LAN, and EPBAX systems within the MSME-DI office building (B G 4) at Sola-Thaltej, Ahmedabad, for the year 2024-25. The scope also encompasses comprehensive maintenance of two 180 TR chiller units of the central AC plant. The estimated cost is ₹13,60,116, with a required earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹27,202 (payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of EE (E), GCED, CPWD, Gandhinagar). Bidders must possess a valid electrical license, GST registration certificate, and a copy of the OEM or manufacturer certificate for Daikin equipment.
