The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of Internal Electrical Installations, including fans, pump sets, lifts, substation equipment, fire fighting and sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, CCTV, LAN, IBMS, and EPBAX systems within the Income Tax Department office building at Jamnagar for the year 2025-26, specifically focusing on the operation of a 3 x 180 TR AC plant. NIT/RFP NO is 03/EE(E)/JED/Jamnagar/2025-26.The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 10,13,800 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 20,276 to be submitted in favor of Executive Engineer, RCD, CPWD, Rajkot via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. The bid submission start and end dates are April 21, 2025, at 03:31 PM and April 30, 2025, at 03:00 PM, respectively. Bids will be opened on April 30, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
