The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode-I project involving the construction of an Academic cum Administration Building, Hostel Building, one Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Underground Sump (UG sump), Pump room, and Electrical Sub-Station, along with all essential infrastructure facilities, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal Electrical installations, Firefighting and fire alarm system, VRV/VRF system, Lifts, networking, solar photovoltaic power generation, CCTV, DG set, solar water heating, UPS, IP-based EPABX, signages, external services connection of Civil and Electrical, Internal cement concrete pavement roads, footpath, storm water drainage, etc., for IIIT Surat at Kholvad, District-Surat (Gujarat). This composite work of civil and electrical nature, designated with NIT/RFP NO 01/EPC/SE&PD/EE/SURAT/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹1,35,79,47,901.00, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,45,79,479.00, payable to The Executive Engineer, Vadodara Central Division, CPWD, Vadodara, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Tender documents can be downloaded from April 4, 2025, at 07:53 PM until April 30, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online by April 30, 2025, at 03:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
