The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through AE-E-1, invites tenders (Tender ID: 98667, NIT/RFP NO: 101/EE(E)/GCED/2024-25) for comprehensive maintenance of electrical systems in the MSME-DI office building at Sola Thaltej, Ahmedabad. This includes, but is not limited to, internal EI fans, pumps, lift substation equipment, fire-fighting and sprinkler systems, HVAC, CCTV, LAN, and EPBAX systems, along with maintenance of 2 lifts (L-N 1801 & L-N 1802). The estimated cost is ₹1,98,936, with a required EMD of ₹3,979 (DD or FDR in favor of EE (E), GCED, CPWD Gandhinagar).
