The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Gandhinagar, invites tenders (NIT/RFP NO: 107/EE(E)/GCED/2024-25 - Recall 1) for comprehensive annual repair and maintenance (ARMO) of various building systems within the MSME-DI office building in Sola-Thaltej, Ahmedabad. This includes, but is not limited to, internal EI fans, pump sets, lifts, substation equipment, fire-fighting and sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, CCTV, LAN, and EPBAX systems. Additionally, the contract encompasses the comprehensive maintenance of two 180 TR chiller units of the central AC plant. The estimated cost is ₹13,60,116 (Thirteen Lakh Sixty Thousand One Hundred and Sixteen Rupees), with a bid validity period of 30 days. The tender, categorized as Electrical Works, is open to non-CPWD contractors.
