The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Planning, Design and Construction of Residential Quarters and a Community Hall/ Multipurpose Hall which includes C/o 155 Nos. Residential Qtrs. i.e. Type-III-140 Nos., Type-IV-12 Nos., Type-V-2 Nos., Type-VI-1 Nos., Community Hall / Multipurpose Hall and Basement car parking including internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal & external Electrical installation & Development works on EPC basis for EPFO at Sector-9, Gurugram (Haryana)." This composite work, valued at approximately ₹ 1,05,51,52,334 (One Hundred Five Crore Fifty One Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Four Rupees), must be completed within 20 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,15,51,523 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C), Faridabad Project Division, CPWD. Tender documents are available for download from April 25, 2025, 01:24 PM until May 27, 2025, 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between April 25, 2025, 01:24 PM and May 27, 2025, 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for May 27, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting on May 7, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the Office of CE cum ED Gurugram Project Zone CPWD Level IV Block I Old CGO Complex NH IV Faridabad.
