Work Description - Construction Of Rain Water Harvesting In Primary Health Centre At Village Malra Bass, Dochana, Pali, Rampura, Dongra Ahir And Chc At Village Nangal Chaudhary, Sehlang And Civil Hospital At Mahendergarh In Mahendergarh District.

The Haryana Government is inviting open tenders for the construction of Rain Water Harvesting systems in various Primary Health Centres and Civil Hospitals within the Mahendergarh District. This comprehensive project, valued at ₹97,99,000, encompasses locations including Village Malra Bass, Dochana, Pali, Rampura, Dongra Ahir, CHC at village Nangal Chaudhary, Sehlang, and the Civil Hospital at Mahendergarh. Tender documents, including the BOQ and tender notice, are available for download from March 31, 2025, until April 18, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids online between the same dates. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,96,000 is required, with EMD exemption allowed through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹6,180, inclusive of GST, is payable online. Bids will be opened on April 21, 2025, at 09:00 AM at the office of PD Narnaul, who is the inviting authority, Mr. Ashwani Kumar. The project duration is estimated to be 180 days, and the bid validity period is 120 days. This is an ItemWise Technical Evaluation allowed and a two-cover system will be used, where the first cover includes the fee, prequalification, and technical documents, and the second contains the financial bid.
