The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open percentage bids for the "M/R to GPRA Colony at Prospect Hill Shimla during 2024-25. (SH: Repair of beams and columns etc. with polymer modified mortar and other miscellaneous works in Block No.1 to 6)". This composite work contract, NIT/RFP NO 369/2024-25/EE-I/AE-I/Shimla, has an estimated cost of ₹ 43,06,236. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹ 86,125, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-1, CPWD, Shimla.
