The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of M/R to DPRA Bemloe, Park Area & Chotta Shimla during 2025-26, specifically for the provision of mesh type enclosures of different size at Oatland Lodge U/F, provision of wire mesh doors and floor tile in Buddy rooms at A-3 and bed room flooring and other miscellaneous works of Oatland Lodge L/F at Bemloe Shimla. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 11,42,183 with a time allowance of 60 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from 25-Apr-2025 05:11 PM to 02-May-2025 03:00 PM, and bids must be submitted between the same dates. The bid opening date is scheduled for 02-May-2025 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 22,844 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-1, CPWD, Shimla. Interested bidders must possess a valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite (B and R) category, a valid ERP training certificate, and a GST registration certificate (or undertaking if not registered).
