The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Shimla Central Electrical Division, invites tenders (Tender ID: 102013, NIT/RFP NO: 145/EEE/ShCED/CPWD/2024-25Recall1) for a composite works contract (estimated cost: ₹78,73,602) involving repair, maintenance, and operation of civil and electrical works at the ESIC Hospital Kala Amb, Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. This includes the repair and maintenance of substations, DG sets, HVAC, fire safety systems, lifts, water supply, STP/ETP plants, and streetlights, as well as providing maintenance services (plumbing, carpentry, masonry, sewer maintenance, tank cleaning).
