Under Phase-1 Including Development Of Site.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a Hostel Building, OPD Block, and Ramp for a composite Rehabilitation Centre (CRC), including SITC of Internal EI & Fans, Compound Lighting & Cabling, Fire Fighting with Sprinkler System, Automatic Fire Alarm, Fire Exit Signages, UPS System, Emergency lighting, Audio Visual System, and EPABX System for Persons with Disabilities in Sundernagar, District Mandi (H.P.) under Phase-1, inclusive of site development. This composite electrical works project, with an estimated cost of ₹4,98,427, also requires providing an inspection vehicle with an ML driver, chargeable to the contingency of work. Bids must be submitted electronically between 29-Apr-2025 and 06-May-2025 (3:00 PM), with bid opening scheduled for 06-May-2025 at 3:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹9,969 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Chandigarh - SE Shimla - EE-E-Shimla - AE-E-1.
