The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "M/R to GPRA Grand Hotel, Shimla during 2025-26. SH: Provision of store for office of Assistant Estate Manager and other related miscellaneous repair works at Grand Hotel, Shimla (H.P.)". NIT/RFP NO is 14/2025-26/EE-I/AE-II/Shimla. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,67,292 with a time allowance of 45 days. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,346 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-I,CPWD,Shimla through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, subject to exemptions as applicable. The bid submission start date is 25-Apr-2025 and the end date is 02-May-2025 at 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is 02-May-2025 at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must download the tender documents from 25-Apr-2025 and submit their bids by the closing date. Bidders must provide valid enlistment order of the CPWD in the appropriate class of composite B and R category, Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD including NIT issuing EE, Certificate of Registration for GST, Certificate of ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning) training for enlisted contractors, Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee as prescribed issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD and SC/ST Certificate if applicable.
