The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for composite work involving the operation and routine maintenance of electrical installations, RMO DG Set, Substation, LT Panels, and pump sets at various locations in Shimla, including the Grand Hotel, GPRA Grand Hotel Longwood, Craigdhu Hill, and Army Houses in Longwood and Craigdhu. The estimated cost of the work is ₹43,30,326, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹86,607 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (Elect.), Shimla Electrical Division, CPWD, Longwood, Shimla.
