The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the hiring of an inspection vehicle for the use of Assistant Engineers at the office of EE&SM(C)-II, CPWD, Dhaula Kuan, for the IIM Sirmaur Project (H.P.), specifically for the development of the permanent campus of IIM Sirmaur at Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, phase-1. This service-based tender, NIT No. 10/AE-3/EE&SM(C)S-2/IIM Sirmaur/2024-25, is estimated to cost ₹3,33,018 with a time allowance of 6 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically starting March 25, 2025, until the closing date of April 1, 2025, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening will occur on April 1, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents include the EMD, receipt for EMD deposition, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in CPWD in appropriate class and Composite Category, GST Registration Certificate, commercial registration of the vehicle (or undertaking to purchase a new vehicle), a driving license (LMV) with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and any other document specified in the NIT.
