The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Repair and Renovation of Alfa Mess at Knockdrin Mess under H.M. Section, Shimla dg 2024-25," as per NIT NO 212/EE-II/SD/AE-III/2024-25. This composite work includes the provision of a Stainless Steel Grade 304 Modular Kitchen, false ceiling, granite work, extension of the Tandoor area, stainless steel wash basins, stainless steel burner, stainless steel I-LAND work, stainless steel Indian Cooking Range tandoor, stainless steel hood with stainless steel filter and S.S. drawers and shelves in the main cooking area, as well as wooden modular kitchen components in the storage/pantry area. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 65,42,470, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,30,849 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer-II, CPWD, Shimla.
