Work Description - Amp

The PWD, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "AMP link road to vill Dhara" civil works project located in Bilaspur. The estimated tender value is ₹13,19,665, with a period of work of 90 days and a bid validity of 75 days. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹26,400, and a tender fee of ₹500, though exemption may be allowed. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download from April 11, 2025, 10:00 AM until April 19, 2025, 10:30 AM. Bid submission also commences on April 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM and concludes on April 19, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on April 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Bilaspur Division II HPPWD Bilaspur. The tender requires a two-cover system, with the first cover containing the cost of the tender form, EMD proforma, contractor registration documents, GST, PAN, EPF details, machinery list, signed forms 7 & 8, and all GCC applicable ,while the second cover should contain the BOQ. This is a percentage-based contract, and while withdrawal is allowed, multi-currency for fees and BOQ is not permitted.
