HAUDD, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Construction/ Upgradation/ repairs to Nallahs/ Deep drains/Drains and other allied works to be executed by Sewerage and Drainage Div. (West) Jammu in Ward Nos 8, 16, 17 and 18 Contract No. SDJ/W/ 63/ 2024-25". This civil works project, referenced as E-NIT No 31 of 2024-25 Dated 24-03-2025, is being managed by the Executive Engineer, S and D Div. (West), Jammu. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer at S and D Div. (West), Jammu. The tender fee is ₹600, payable at M. H. 0217 or ACNo 0598010200000009 to the Executive Engineer S and D Div. (West), Jammu. The contract is a percentage based form of contract, with a work period of 365 days and a bid validity of 120 days. The tender involves a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents in .pdf format, and Cover 2 for the Financial bid in .xls format. Permissible payment instruments are Bank Guarantee, Fixed deposit, and CDR (Cash Deposit).
