Work Description - Auction Of Shop No 210 And Loft 310 In First Floor Of Craft Bazar Of Sangarmall City Centre

The Srinagar Development Authority (SDA), under the authority of the DDLM located at the SDA office complex in Bemina, invites sealed bids for an open tender (Tender ID: 2024_HAUDD_268335_7, Reference Number: Auction Notice No 08 of 2024-25) for the auction of shop No. 210 and loft No. 310, situated on the first floor of the Craft Bazar in Sangarmall City Centre. Interested bidders can download tender documents from December 24th, 2024, 10:00 AM to January 14th, 2025, 4:00 PM. Bid submission opens January 1st, 2025, 10:00 AM and closes January 14th, 2025, 4:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for January 16th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the DDLM office. A fixed EMD of ₹75,000 payable at Jammu and Kashmir Bank to the Vice Chairman is required, with EMD exemption allowed. The tender fee is ₹1000, also payable at Jammu and Kashmir Bank to DDLM, with exemption allowed.
