Work Description - Periodical Services To Certain Bldgs At Aor Of Age Br-i Under Ge 874 Ews

E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for periodical services to certain buildings within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of AGE BR-I under GE 874 EWS. This works contract, referenced as GE 874/EWS-03/2025-26, requires bidders to submit their applications between April 4, 2025, at 03:00 PM and April 11, 2025, at 06:00 PM. The deadline for downloading tender documents is also April 11, 2025, at 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GE 874 EWS at Baramulla, via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. EMD exemption is not allowed. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE 874 EWS at Baramulla. Technical bids must include scanned copies of the application on letterhead with a valid email ID, enlistment letter and enclosures, EPF registration, tender fee demand draft, and GST registration. The financial bid should include the BOQ. The bid opening will occur on April 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE 874 EWS. The work is to be completed within a period of 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. The location of the work is Kupwara, Pincode 193222.
