The Executive Engineer, ED DODA, invites open tenders for the hiring of a pick-up vehicle, specifically a Tata Mobile 207 or similar, to facilitate the carriage of line materials and distribution transformers ranging from 25 KVA to 630 KVA. This service is required for transporting these items from the divisional workshop, divisional stores, or other designated sites to various locations and back within the ED DODA jurisdiction. The tender, referenced as ED Doda/JPDCL/3 of 2025-26, is an item rate contract with a duration of 3 days and a bid validity of 365 days. Interested parties must submit their bids through a two-cover system, including scanned copies of the Demand Draft (DD) for the non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,000 and the EMD of ₹10,000, alongside all other qualifying technical documents in the first cover, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the second cover. Payment for the tender fee and EMD must be made via Demand Draft or CDR (Cash Deposit), payable to the Executive Engineer, ED DODA, at DODA.
