The Executive Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Samba, representing PHE, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Maintenance, Improvement,Repair of minor urgent nature of works of various water supply schemes in Samba Town Section." as described in eNIT 61 of 2024-25. Interested bidders should refer to the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for the detailed work description. The tender documents can be downloaded starting March 26, 2025, at 06:30 PM, and the deadline for document download and bid submission is April 4, 2025, at 04:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,000 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Samba, and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. Bids will be opened on April 5, 2025, at 01:00 PM at the office of the Executive engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Samba. The contract will be awarded on a percentage basis and covers a work period of 365 days with a bid validity of 30 days. All required documents, as per the e-NIT, including technical details, and the BoQ, must be submitted in two separate covers, with the technical cover containing scanned copies in PDF format and the financial cover containing the BoQ in XLS format. Payment instruments accepted include Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, and CDR (Cash Deposit).
